She has brought about a new zest in our business by helping us to define a powerful Mission, Vision and set of Values ~ which I believe are invaluable to our future success. I have to say the presentation course was one of the best courses I have ever attended and learned so much from it. Lots of factors contributed to it but the way it was delivered in such a relaxed and comfortable environment made it so much more enjoyable. The content was great and it wasn’t over complicated for people to not understand. I have attended a lot of sales courses but I have to say this by far was the one that I got the most from. With this being a new role for me at Elite I have really benefited from understanding how to now put a good presentation together and how it should be delivered. I will be doing a lot more of these in this job and its helped with my confidence in believing in myself that I can do this. Once again I would just like to say Thank You and I am sure we will all now do a lot better in our presentations.

When I first met Debbie, I had never coached a team or had any formal management training. Now as Head of Operations at Dreamscape, I can’t explain how much Debbie has helped me develop the skills I need to be successful in my role. I am serial self-doubter and only through Debbie’s coaching my self-confidence has grown, massively. I’ve also learnt how to support and coach my own team successfully and more than anything Debbie has helped me to identify when I might need to change my communication style to ensure it’s right for the individual and the situation.
As someone who fears being judged by saying the wrong thing, Debbie’s style of coaching really made think and she never let me get away with not giving my opinion. Challenge is what I needed, but at the end of all I just felt like I was talking to a very close friend. I thoroughly enjoy every single one of our sessions and I always come away with something new to learn and think about.
